Card Type - To Do (View Mode)
This article covers the View Mode of the To Do Card after configuring it in its Edit Mode.
Make sure that the card is enabled / toggled on from its Edit Mode, as shown in this image below, otherwise the View Mode of the card will not be visible on the screen. The View Mode is accessible via the Eye icon on the upper-right corner of the card.
The To Do Card allows you to see all the processes that require action from the person indicated (for workflows), yourself or from the user group that this card is restricted to (for requests). These actions are grouped in the two available tabs of this card: Workflows and Requests. All the actions here are listed in chronological order with the the latest action being the first one entry.
You can use the search bar to search the name and username of the person, as well as the workflow name. You can set a date range using the calendar and all entries that fall within the set date range will be displayed.
Workflows
An entry displays the name of the person that must perform an action, the step the workflow is currently on, the date and time when the step was performed, and the last time it was updated. The available actions are:
- Act on behalf of - this will let the current logged on user in Strato to perform the action himself/herself instead of the person indicated.
- Preview - this will preview the indicated document
- Resend - this will resend the email to the indicated person so that he/she will be notified the an action must be made.
Requests
An entry displays the name of the person, the name of the document template, and the date and time the person requested for the document. The available actions are:
- Generate - this will generate the document for the person who requested it.
- Preview - this will preview the document.
- Print - print the document.
- Download - download the document in a PDF format.
- Details - this will display the name of the person who requested the document, the name of the document, and the date it was requested.
