Card Type - Generator Card (Workflows)

After adding workflow templates in your generator card, employees, managers, HR Admins, and recruiters can use these workflows to execute workflows for themselves, for their team, for others, and for candidates depending on the available tabs. 

For Myself

In the example below, an employee will execute a workflow via the employee self service tab in the Dashboard Widget.

Enter any parameters (if available) as needed. In this example, a language must be selected. 

A pop-up will be displayed indicating that the workflow has been executed. 

For My Team, For Others, and For Applicants

Managers, HR Admins, and Recruiters can execute workflows in the For My Team, For Others, or For Applicants tabs respectively by following the steps below.

Select the employees (or candidates) in your Generator Card. 

Select the workflow that will be used. 

Review the summary to make sure that all your selections are correct. Any additional parameters required will be displayed here. 

A message will appear saying that your workflow has been executed.
