Configure / Edit Your Custom Widgets - Widget Settings
If you require to edit any of your custom widgets, you can easily do so just by clicking on the settings icon on the top right corner of the widget, as highlighted in the screen below.

Depending on the Widget Type, the setting tools that will be available will vary.
The sample screen below shows the available setting tools for an Application Widget:

Overall, here are the possible available tools when configuring or editing your existing custom widgets:
| URL | Displays the widget's hyperlink that you can copy and paste in a new tab, to expand the widget view as a full window screen. |
| Edit | Allows you to modify your widget information such as the widget type. More information about the options when editing a widget are here: Custom Widget Settings |
| New Group | Creates a sub-group under this widget to help you organise your documents per classification |
| Filters | Include conditions in your widget to make it visible for a specific employee group / employee status. If the filter More information on this settings here: Filter Settings for Widgets |
| Delete | Removes the widget from the Widget Settings panel. This does not remove the documents assigned to the widget. |
| Pick Color | You can assign a color for the icons displayed beside your documents within a widget, for easy distinction of your documents in your widgets. |
| Preview | Shows how the widget will look like on your SAP SuccessFactors dashboard. Also allows you to generate a document from the Widget Settings screen. |
