The Handling of Multiple Employment in Field Data Retrieval feature ensures that Strato correctly captures and displays data for users with multiple or concurrent employment. With this feature, Strato filters data based on the correct User ID, ensuring each employment record reflects accurate details.

With this enhancement, Strato now applies an additional filter to correctly match and display data based on the employee's userId, ensuring that employees with multiple employment records will have each one accurately reflected.
This improvement ensures that field data, such as Job Title, assignment details, and other employment-specific information, is consistently retrieved from the correct employment record, improving data accuracy and reliability across Document Generation and Workflow execution.
For example, Aaron Smith has multiple employment records in SuccessFactors: one as an HR Associate, and one as a Sales Associate. Take note of the different username in the parentheses.

In Strato, you can use the employee's unique username to target which employment record will be used when generating a document.
