Steps

Steps define what the Workflow can do, and are actions to be automatically executed when the Workflow is triggered.

The 13 available Steps are grouped into the following:

  • Processes: Steps that execute a specific behavior.
  • Decisions: Steps that requires a decision (from either defined conditions or user input) and enables branching paths.
  • Tools: Steps focused on data handling and looping.
  • Advanced Tools: Steps focused on more advanced functionalities, typically involving third-party applications or other Workflows.
