Pre-delivered Widgets

Listed below are the pre-delivered widgets that can be added to your Strato Homepage.

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are widgets displayed on the Strato Homepage by default. These are also displayed when the Homepage is reset.

The list of available widgets varies based on the enabled modules in your Strato system.


Global Widgets

  • * Announcement Banner: Shows the latest updates from Strato.
  • * Visit the Knowledge Base: Redirects you to the Strato Knowledge Base in Odoo.
  • * Join the Community: Redirects you to the Community Portal in Zendesk.
  • * Watch Strato Videos: Opens a window where you can watch some introductory videos about Strato.
  • * Contact Support: Redirects you to a form that you can fill out to contact our Support Team.
  • My Logins: Shows a graph of your logins to Strato.
  • All Logins: Shows a graph of all logins to Strato.
  • Top Documents: Shows a graph of the most used Document Templates.
  • Average Processing Time: Shows a graph of the average processing times of all HR admins.
  • Top Contributors: Shows a list of the primary contributors modifying Document Templates.
  • Favorite Document Templates: Shows a list of your favorite Document Templates.
  • Generations Locations: Shows a map of the locations where documents have been generated.
  • Logins Locations: Shows a map of the locations where users have logged in.


Web Reporting Widgets

These widgets are only available when Web Reporting is enabled in the Strato Admin Tool. These widgets will execute reports and generate documents from SAP HCM.

Document Widgets

  • * Tools: Shows you tools from the Strato Menu.
  • * Create New Template: Redirects you to a new Document Template.
  • Documents sent for e-signature: Shows the list of documents sent for e-signature, regardless of the signed status.
