New Feature - Ask Strato - Contextual Help Assistant

The Ask Strato feature allows users to ask the built-in AI assistant questions regarding Strato and its features.

This feature is currently in Beta. Features are mostly complete, but may still be subject to change.

Users can install this feature in the Upgrade Center.


Functionality

When enabled, you can use the Ask Strato feature by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. This brings up the Ask Strato chat window.

You can ask any Strato-related question in the text box below, then click the send button or hit the Enter key to send your question to the AI.

Answers provided by Ask Strato are sourced from our Knowledge articles in Odoo, as well as legacy content from Zendesk. Links to these articles are included in the AI's response for users to read and learn more about.
