Enable Download in Preview prior to User Action

The Always Show Download Button toggle is available when setting up a User Decision Step in a Strato Document Generation Workflow. When toggled on, users can download a document in Preview mode, even before they have completed the action for the User Decision step.


Functionality

The Always Show Download Button toggle will only appear when Enable Document Download is toggled on in a User Decision step.

When toggled on, users can download a document in Preview mode, even before they have completed the action for the User Decision step.

Downloading a document before completing the action for the User Decision Step may result in mismatches in content, as editable sections and form fields may not reflect their inputted data.
