Encountering an error when trying to log-in to Strato via SSO?

This can occur when the API key created in SuccessFactors used to connect to Strato expires. By default, these API keys are valid for one year.

To resolve this issue, go to Manage OAuth2 Client Applications in your SuccessFactors instance. In your client application, generate another X.509 Certificate and set the Validity (Days) field to 36499 (approximately 100 years).
