πŸ“„ Catalogs

Catalogs

Catalogs are groups of Field Groups that contain the fields needed for your document type. The available Catalogs to choose from depends on which modules are enabled in the Strato Admin Tool.

Employee

The Employee Catalog contains fields and field groups from the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors. This Catalog contains the personal information, employment details, and compensation information of employees.

If configured properly, this Catalog can also retrieve and display pending or future-dated data from SuccessFactors Workflows, such as an upcoming promotion.

User

The User Catalog contains fields and field groups from the Talent Management module of SuccessFactors. This Catalog is mainly used for generating documents such as talent cards.

Similar to the Employee Catalog, this Catalog can also retrieve and display pending or future-dated data from SuccessFactors Workflows. It is recommended to use the User Catalog over the Employee Catalog when dealing with employees with multiple employment records.

Requisition

The Requisition Catalog contains fields and field groups from the Recruiting module of SuccessFactors. Documents used by hiring managers to create requisitions, job descriptions, and candidate endorsements are stored in this Catalog.

Applications

The Applications Catalog contains fields and field groups from the Recruiting module of SuccessFactors. This Catalog focuses on the information of applicants and candidates and information from created requisitions.

Data from this Catalog is used by the recruitment or human resources team to send job offers, contracts, rejection letters, and endorse an applicant for an interview.

Easy Reporter

The Easy Reporter Catalog contains data coming from report fields from your Easy Reporter solution. To use this, make sure Easy Reporter is integrated into your Strato system and that reports are configured.

External Datasource

Data from external sources such as a CSV file or a spreadsheet from Google Sheets can be imported to Strato. When imported, these can be used as a Catalog.
