Configure Date Difference Formula Fields

Date Difference Formula Fields output the difference between two dates.

This article explains how to configure Date Difference Formula Fields.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of how to create Formula Fields in the Field Settings / Manager is required.

Instructions

1. After selecting Date Difference as the function for your Formula Field, click the Add Parameter button. This will add a parameter where you can define the dates to be compared. You can manually enter date values or use a Datasource Field in the parameters.

7. For Datasource Fields, you can enable Filter by fields. This allows you to filter the selected Datasource Field with a value coming from another field. You can add more filters by clicking the Add field button.

11. Repeat step 1 to add a second parameter.
12. Set how the difference between the two dates would be expressed and shown.
