Configure Replace Formula Fields

Replace Formula Fields replace the value of a Datasource Field with a different one.

This article explains how to configure Replace Formula Fields.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of how to create Formula Fields in the Field Settings / Manager is required.

Instructions

1. After selecting Replace as the function for your Formula Field, you can set the Field Data Type to filter the Datasource Fields.

7. For the Text Field Data Type only, an additional toggle allows you to display image links as actual images instead.

11. Click the Add Parameter button to add a parameter whose values will be replaced.

15. Select a Datasource Field. The list will automatically be filtered to only show Fields with the same data type from your chosen Field Data Type.

19. Type the values to be replaced on the left side of the row, and the new value on the right side of the row. You can add more values to be replaced by clicking the Add a value to replace button.

23. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add more parameters as needed.
24. After configuring your Formula Field, click Save.
