Set Up Easy Reporter Catalog

You can set up your Easy Reporter fields by clicking the Setup Easy Reporter catalog button. This is only available if Easy Reporter is installed on your on-premise system and configured in the Strato Admin Tool.

Update Fields

You can update the Fields and Field Groups of Catalogs by clicking the Update Fields button. This will sync up with your SuccessFactors and will do the following to the Fields and Field Groups:

  • Existing Field Groups that have its parent Field Group disabled will be deleted.
  • Child Field Groups will not be updated if the parent Field Group is disabled.
  • Child Field Groups and Fields of an active parent Field Group will be retrieved and updated.
  • All of the metadata will be retrieved.

This process might take some time to finish.

It is recommended to enable Include Picklist before starting the update. This requires your Strato API user that connects to SuccessFactors to have the Picklist Management and Picklists Mappings Set Up permission. A warning message will appear if the Fields and Field Groups are updated without the toggle enabled.

If you want to update just the Fields of a specific Field Group, use the Sync function instead.
