Easy Reporter

The integration between Easy Reporter and Strato combines data availability from on-premise solutions with the accessibility and user-friendliness of a cloud-based environment. This convergence allows users to seamlessly utilize Easy Reporter data directly within Strato's document generation workflows.

Document Creation: Create documents in Strato using specific data fields sourced directly from Easy Reporter.
Report Management: Generate and modify Easy Reporter reports directly within the Strato interface without needing to switch systems.

The Strato Connector works only if you have SAP oData Service, which is normally for EHP7 and above.

Web Reporting Widgets in the Strato Dashboard

Generating and modifying reports from Easy Reporter are possible in Strato by enabling the Web Reporting widgets into your Strato Dashboard. To know how to enable Web Reporting in Strato, read the Enabling Web Reporting in Strato article.

Once enabled, when you click the Add button to add widgets into your dashboard, the selection of widgets for Web Reporting will then be visible in the Available Widgets screen.

The table below briefly discusses each widget for Web Reporting that can be added into your Strato Dashboard:

Employee Self Service	Contains reports and documents for employees such as employee details and earnings.
Manager Self Service	Contains reports and documents for managers such as letters, employee details, attendance, absences, vacancies, etc.
Payroll Administration	Contains reports and documents for payroll.
Favourite Reports	Contains reports that are marked as favorite.
Background Execution	Contains reports and documents that are run in background.
Saved Results	Contains results that are saved from reports.
Dashboards	Contains Charts such as hiring, headcount, and overtime.

After adding a Web Reporting widget to your dashboard, you can start to execute or run your Easy Reporter reports and documents from your dashboard
