Configure Dynamic Field Formula Fields

Dynamic Field Formula Fields display a range of dynamic fields based on a Field Group, static input, or another field.

This article explains how to configure Dynamic Field Formula Fields.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of how to create Formula Fields in the Field Settings / Manager is required.

Instructions

1. After selecting Dynamic Field as the function for your Formula Field, fill up the following information:

   • Source Field Groups: Select your source Field Group.
   •

     Field Groups with numbers or those sharing the same name except for the numbers can be selected.

   • Source Field: Select your source Field from the selected source Field Group.
   • Expected Source Value: Input a value to match against the source Field. String values or regular expression patterns are accepted.
   • Target Groups / Fields: Select your target Field Group or Field.

     Field Groups with numbers or those sharing the same name except for the numbers can be selected.

   • Target Field: Only shown if the value set in Target Groups / Fields is a Field Group. Select your target Field from the selected target Field Group.
