New Feature - Authorisation Framework Integration with People Hub

The Authorisation Framework Integration with People Hub ensures that user visibility in People Hub is determined by permissions assigned to the logged-in user.

When enabled, this integration allows Policies from Authorisation Framework to provide permission for viewing users in People Hub.

Users can install this feature in the Upgrade Centre.


Requirements

Installing this feature requires the following to be installed in the Upgrade Centre:


Functionality

With the current integration, you can configure Policies using the Authorisation Framework to control access to whether users can view information within the People Hub.

Specifically, the framework supports control over the following action:

  • List: Grant or restrict access to the user list. This action is unavailable when the Authorisation Settings is set to Standard Authorisation.
  • Set Legal Hold: Add or remove Legal Hold status to a user.
  • Assign Policies: Controls whether a user can view the Policies tab and manage policy assignments for others. 
  • View Groups: Controls the visibility of the Groups tab, allowing users to see which User Groups a specific individual belongs to.
