Navigate the Policies Tab
This article explains how to navigate the Policies tab in the User Information page, where admins can manage the Policies of a specific user.

Make sure that New Design - People Hub and New Feature - Authorization Framework are installed in the Upgrade Center.
Features
Policy List
When you open the Policies tab in the User Information page, you will see the list of Policies of a specific user, and the details of these Policies.
By default, these details include the Name, Description, Source (whether the Policy was assigned manually or by Group), and the date and time the Policy was last Updated.

Actions
![]() | The Add Policy button allows you to manually assign a new Policy to the user. |
![]() | The Refresh button refreshes the Policy List. |
![]() | The Show/Hide columns button allows you to toggle additional details on and off. Note that the Name column is enabled by default and cannot be toggled off. ![]() |
![]() | The Rows per page dropdown allows you to choose either to show 10 or 25 Policies per page. |
![]() | The Record count shows you the number of Policies currently being viewed out of the total number of Policies. |
![]() | The Navigation controls allow you to jump between pages. You can go to the previous page, next page, or the last page, respectively. |
![]() | The Move Column handle allows you to drag and drop columns to easily reorder them. |
Two additional actions are available from the More button: view the Info of and Delete selected Policy.

Info | The Info button shows the Policy details in a sidebar. |
Delete | Removes the selected Policy from the user. Note that Policies assigned via Group cannot be deleted and the button will be grayed out. |
Delete is also available when you select Policies using the checkboxes. However, only Policies assigned manually can be selected using the checkboxes.

Search
You can search for keywords using the Search bar located at the top of the Policy list. The search applies to the Name and Description columns.

Column Actions
The Column Actions button appears on the right side when hovering over a column.

When clicked, the button shows you a list of actions you can do to the selected column.
