Strato Platform
Adjustable Navigation Drawer in Strato New Experience
Users can now resize the navigation drawer on desktop view, adjusting its width to fit their viewing preferences. The drawer remembers your last chosen width, offering a more flexible and user-friendly navigation experience.
Strato Release Video Link on Homepage
A new link to the latest Strato Release Video has been added to the News & Announcements tile on the Strato New Experience (V2) Homepage. The new link opens the latest release video in a new browser tab.

View Policy and Group Status in People Hub
A new Status Column has been added to the People Hub Policy and Groups list page. Admin users can now see whether the evaluation of each policy or Group is queued, processing, completed, or has encountered an error, making it easier to track execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.

Missing Document Entries in Strato Workflow Report

Some uploaded documents were not showing up in the Stored Document Entity for Workflow Reports or the Files tab. This happened because certain document data was not processed correctly when it did not follow the expected input format. The handling has been improved so all documents, regardless of how their data is formatted, are now captured and displayed accurately.

Picklist Property Not Displaying Values During Document Upload

When uploading a document to Strato Document Management New Experience, users encountered an issue where the selection window for properties with Picklist values displayed no options. This occurred because the system did not correctly identify the field as a Picklist and failed to retrieve the options. The logic for identifying and handling Picklist fields has been updated so that dropdown fields like “State” are now detected properly and show the correct options during document uploads.
Uploaded Files Not Appearing in File Search

In some cases, newly uploaded files did not appear right away in the File Search results. This occurred because the system did not include all user access information when processing uploads, which caused some files to be temporarily hidden from view. The access handling logic has been updated to ensure that all authorized users are recognized correctly, allowing uploaded files to appear in search results without the need for a cache refresh.
