Navigate Workflow Monitoring

This article explains how to navigate the Workflow Monitoring page.


Requirements

Make sure that New Feature - Authorization Framework Integration with Configurations is installed in the Upgrade Center.

Your permissions and Policies determine whether access is granted to Workflow Monitoring. Contact your Strato administrator if you need assistance with these permissions.


Features

Workflow List

When you open the Workflow Monitoring page, you will see the list of executed Workflows. By default, the view is set to Groups and can be switched to a List View.


Actions (General)

The Refresh button refreshes the Workflow List.
The Global Status filter dropdown allows you to filter all Workflows based on their Status.
The Date Pickers allow you to filter all Workflows based on their Start Date.


Actions (Groups View)

The Expand button displays all Workflows in the group, filtered by date in the Date Pickers.
The Collapse button hides all Workflows in the group.

The Group Status filter buttons allow you to filter the Workflows in the group based on their Status.

This feature is available when the Global Status filter is set to All Status.

The Sort dropdown allows you to sort all Workflows in the group according to either Name, Key ID, Start Date, or Execution ID.

You can toggle whether to sort the selected field in ascending or descending order by clicking the button next to the dropdown.
The Refresh Workflows button refreshes the list of Workflows in the group.
The View Timeline button allows you view a timeline of the steps executed or currently in progress in the Workflow instance.
The Open Timeline button functions similarly to the View Timeline button, but it opens a separate page instead.


Actions (List View)

The Show/Hide columns button allows you to toggle additional details on and off.

Note that the Execution ID and Key ID columns are enabled by default and cannot be toggled off.

The Sort button allows you to sort by the selected column in ascending or descending order.
The View Timeline button allows you to view a timeline of the steps executed or currently in progress in the Workflow instance.
The Open Timeline button functions similarly to the View Timeline button, but it opens a separate page instead.
The Rows per page dropdown allows you to choose either to show 10 or 25 Workflows per page.
The Record count shows you the number of Workflows currently being viewed out of the total number of Workflows.
The Navigation controls allows you to jump between pages. You can go to the first page, previous page, next page, or the last page, respectively.
The Move Column handle allows you to drag and drop columns to easily reorder them.


Column Actions

The Column Actions button is only available in List View and appears on the right side when hovering over a column.

When clicked, the button shows you a list of actions you can do to the selected column.
