Automate Report MVP (Alpha Version)
Strato Automate Report is a solution built to simplify and optimize the tracking of workflows (Strato Automate). By offering a comprehensive high-level report overview, this solution enables users to effectively monitor and manage workflows, driving seamless operations and informed decision-making.
Automate Report is designed to be configurable to report on workflow data depending on report requirements. It can present a single row per unique workflow for every applicant or employee, delivering a clear and concise view of workflow progress.
Strato Document Management
Pre-Delivered Properties for Files
Authorized users can now select from a list of pre-delivered Properties when managing files in Storage. These Properties, including Description, File Path, Updated By, Updated, Validity Date, Document Status, Location, and Source, are grouped at the top of the list and sorted alphabetically.

Error Page Shown When Opening Preview Link From CSV Export

An issue occurred where non-PDF and non-image files displayed incorrect error pages when accessed via the preview link from the CSV export in File Search. File detection has been enhanced to ensure accurate previews, providing a smoother and more reliable viewing experience. File previews from CSV exports in File Search now display correctly for all file types.

Error in Saving Form Template with Upload File Form Field

Errors when saving Form Templates with an Upload File field were caused by duplicate file type entries in the system. A cleanup process has been implemented to remove duplicates, and system updates now ensure only one entry per file type is maintained, preventing future occurrences.
Formula Field Not Working in Condition in Document Template
[Component: Documents - Condition Editor; Platform - Field Settings]
Row conditions were not evaluated correctly when using a formula field created under a sub-catalog instead of the main catalog. The field value remained blank in certain cases, affecting condition evaluation and thus row visibility as well. System improvements now retrieve the field using its field identifier when the value is missing, ensuring value retrieval and accurate condition processing.
Dashboard Shows an Error Page and Loads Indefinitely

An issue causing the dashboard to load indefinitely was reported. Upon investigation, it was found that the root cause was mismatched container mappings in an attached workflow. The Workflow Editor was updated to ensure container name changes are properly reflected in mappings, to prevent similar issues from occurring.
