Requirements

Instructions
In the Library, create an Workflow Template by clicking the Workflow Template icon from the action button on the lower right of the screen.

This will prompt a Creating a new workflow template dialog box, where you can set which Catalog the Workflow Template will reference and the name of the Workflow Template. Click Apply once done configuring.

A blank Workflow Template would then be created. The Workflow Editor contains the following sections:

- Left Side Panel Tabs: Allows you to define the Workflow and its contents, variables, and settings. This is also where you can select which Steps to add to your Workflow.
- Workflow Definition: Serves as a high-level overview of how the Workflow will run.
- Step Configurations: Allows you to configure the Step's properties, input and output parameters, and behaviors.
To start building your Workflow, define the Containers or variables you will need through the Container tab in the left side panel.

A Workflow must first start with a Trigger. Select the appropriate Trigger for your use case through the Triggers tab.

You can then add Steps through the Steps tab. These will then be added to the Workflow Definition.

You can select which Trigger or Steps to modify and configure by clicking them. Their properties and parameters can be set through the Step Configurations section.

After building your Workflow Template, click Validate from the action button on the lower right to check if there are no errors in the Workflow. When there are no errors confirmed, click Save and Publish.
