As a Senior SF-EC Functional Consultant acting as Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead client engagements to design and deliver Strato document automation solutions for SAP SuccessFactors. You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce solution blueprints aligned to client business processes.

Working closely with clients, you'll capture requirements for the Strato implementation. Taking ownership, you'll schedule and lead workshops to gather essential information necessary for crafting comprehensive blueprint documents. Leveraging your deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, you'll ensure that the solution design aligns with the client's overarching business processes, effectively integrating both SAP SuccessFactors and Strato functionalities.  This collaborative process will result in sound solution designs that effectively enable the client's business objectives.

Working with the Strato Remote Consulting Team (who undertake the majority of the build), you track assigned tasks with regular check-ins ensuring progress. Effective communication and high level project task coordination underpin every stage, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. The consultant oversees quality assurance activities to ensure that the configured solution meets the specified requirements and quality standards. Test cases are executed to identify and address any defects or discrepancies. As the Senior Solutions Consultant, you assist with deploying the configuration and transitioning it to the client's environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Strato product-suite configuration and integration options.
  • Prepare workshop material or tailor presentations from the workshop library to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, accurately interpreting business processes to document in the Design Blueprint, and capturing workflow process flows.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on Strato requirements, system capabilities, and optimization based on business needs.
  • Produce and complete configuration and associated documents as per project requirements.
  • Adhere to leading practices and standards for functional design during implementation.
  • Actively participate in Strato customer implementations, through coordination and tracking of build tasks; undertake configuration tasks as required.
  • Unit test configuration of Strato documents and workflows to ensure alignment with documented business requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to the client's System Administrators, tailoring training to the clients build to ensure successful adoption.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, contributing to project tracking and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated on Strato product releases and maintain awareness of SAP SuccessFactors major new features that may impact Strato design.

  • Consulting skills covering but not limited to customer requirement gathering, blueprint/design documentation , solutions consulting leading practices, product configuration, solutions demonstrations/playback, troubleshooting, project issues management, customer service-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. testing integration, and training delivery.
  • Personal skills including strategic listening, effective oral and written communication, a strong learning orientation, and relationship management.
  • Business acumen skills encompassing industry expertise, HR domain knowledge, and client insight/discovery.

Skills & Attributes Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification and/or comparable experience in a relevant field such as Human Resources, or Information Systems; or proven equivalent practical experience.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Project implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting on HR projects, showcasing a track record of providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to address organizational needs and challenges.
  • Previous involvement in at least one SAP SuccessFactors implementation, either as an internal or external SuccessFactors consultant.
  • Configuration or in depth business SME knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and/or Employee Central.
  • Strong communication skills, including prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in a team environment, and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Experience in performing analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations to clients.

Ideally, you also have ...

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and/or Employee Central.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Additional experience in designing and implementing HR technology solutions is advantageous.
