We are hiring a Strato Solutions Consultant role that opens up career opportunities in greater heights. You will be primarily responsible for document generation and document management in terms of planning, designing, and oversight of the end-to-end development and deployment processes of SpinifexIT Strato products. The role extends to participation in design, testing, configuration for testing and delivery of corresponding end-user documentation materials, and can include internal with external training as well. You will be freely involved in providing our clients with the right tailored solutions and support for their business before, during and after the implementation of the SpinifexIT Strato Suite.

We love helping companies adopt and utilize Strato, which is a cloud-based automated document generation, forms, and document storage solution built for SAP SuccessFactors. Working with the Strato suite solution, we help organizations solve the gaps around their document management and employee correspondence, as well as helping automate document generation, send emails, and automate document workflow with signature capture. Responsibilities
- You will act as Subject Matter Expert in our solution providing functional and technical expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions on Strato to our clients
- You will have the opportunity to spearhead implementation of our solution products to alongside the customers SuccessFactors system
- You will be able to develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices
Job Skills Profile
- Effective communication skills, including prioritisation problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building
- Experience in gathering assessing and developing requirements from functional business owners
- Experience in performing analysis, consulting, and supplying recommendations to clients.
- With good communication skills and ability to run workshops both virtually and in person.
- Proven knowledge of and configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruitment and Employee Central modules.
- Proven problem solving and designing of integrated solutions with SuccessFactors.
- Proven customer service skills especially in dealing customer issues and difficult discussions.
- Understanding of HR-related business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes.
Skills & Attributes Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors module. (Employee Central and Recruitment are highly preferred )
- Minimum of 2 years with system implementations, solutions architecture, or similar role.
- At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment Module.
- With prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
- German speaker (MUST HAVE)
- Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
