Strato 2025-15
The 2025-15 release introduces enhancements focused on improving document management, data accuracy, and user accessibility across the platform.
Users can now access a dedicated Downloads page in Strato V2, where all generated ZIP files are temporarily stored to be available for retrieval.
In People Hub, all User Properties can be synced with the click of the Sync All User Properties button, ensuring their values remain accurate and up to date.
This release streamlines file information by removing an unnecessary column from Trash V2 and allowing users to export a list of files to a CSV file.
The functionality of Strato Reporting has extended to also track actions taken to folders and files in Strato Document Management, allowing users to easily see these actions for reporting and auditing purposes.

V2 Downloads Page
The Downloads page is now available in Strato V2, replacing the legacy Storage V1 Downloads page. When you download files from All Files, the link in the toast message opens the updated V2 Downloads page, where you can view the ZIP files generated in the last 72 hours.

Strato Platform
Sync All User Properties in People Hub
Users with specific permissions can now trigger a sync process for all User Properties across all users in Strato in People Hub. This allows for all defined User Properties to be updated and synced with the latest values coming from their respective datasources.
Strato Document Management
Removal of File Owner in Trash V2
The File Owner column has been removed from Trash V2 and replaced by the Created By field. This enhancement aligns file information with other views and is part of ongoing efforts to improve clarity and consistency in file details.
Export List of Files to CSV
Users can now generate a CSV file that contains the list of files in the Profile page, Document Management V2, or the Files tab in People Hub. This allows users to store and analyze the list outside of Strato in an easy to understand format.
Strato Document Generation
Generate Reports for File-Related Actions in Strato Reporting
Previously only available for Workflows, Strato Reporting can now track actions taken on files and employee documents within Strato Document Management. This gives greater visibility on file-related actions for reporting and auditing purposes.

Condition Formula Does Not Evaluate Picklist Values Correctly When Using "Equals"

An issue was fixed where Condition Formulas returned incorrect results when using "equals" with Picklist fields from ISOCountryList. The system now correctly evaluates these comparisons by also retrieving the Picklist using the external ID when needed.
Custom Field in a Sub-Catalog in User Catalog Not Showing in Preview

An issue was fixed where custom fields from sub-catalogs under the User Catalog did not display their values in preview, even when the source system returned data. The system now correctly preserves the field path context, ensuring values appear as expected.

Scanned PDF Thumbnails Displayed Incorrectly

An issue was fixed where thumbnail previews for scanned PDFs displayed only the scanned text layer and omitted images and visual elements. The system now supports a specific image format that allows thumbnails to display both text and image elements correctly.
Strato Document Generation
Error Retrieving Signed Document in Call External Services Step
[Component: Workflow]
An issue was fixed where retrieving a signed document from Adobe Sign (v5) in the Call External Services Step could fail if the API response did not include a Content-Type header. The system now handles missing headers correctly by using previously extracted content type information, ensuring successful file retrieval.
Full Name Field Failed to Show Recipient's Full Name
[Component: Workflow, Strato Sign]
When an applicant receives a document to sign with Strato Sign for the first time, the Full Name field would incorrectly display "Full Name" instead of the user's actual name. This is because the system failed to attach the user's first and last name to the temporary Strato account that allows applicants to use Strato without the need for registration. This has been fixed by ensuring that the user's details are attached when creating the temporary account.
Form Could Be Submitted Without Completing Required Fields

An issue was identified where users were able to submit a Strato Form without completing the required fields. This happened when the Preview Changes button was clicked, which would make the system treat empty required fields as if they were filled in. This has been fixed so that required fields without values are correctly recognized as empty, ensuring that all required fields must be completed before a Form can be submitted.
