Select User Properties as Columns in People Hub
Users can now customize their view further in People Hub by toggling Pre-Delivered and Custom User Properties as columns. These are accessible through the column selector when clicking the Show/Hide columns button.
This enhancement gives users more control over how to organize and view user information in People Hub.
Advanced Search in People Hub Using User Properties
Users can now perform advanced searches in People Hub using User Properties. Similar to the advanced search in the Files tab, users can create condition groups to filter the results. All applied filters appear as chips, so that users can easily see and manage their criteria.
This enhancement brings more flexibility when searching in People Hub.
Export People Hub List as CSV File
The list in People Hub can now be exported and downloaded as a CSV file. The exported CSV file will contain the available entries and visible columns across all pages, narrowed down based on any active search queries or filters.
This enhancement makes it easier to export People Hub data for analysis or reporting.

Group Duplication During Workflow Import
[Component: User Management, Package Manager]
An issue was identified where duplicate Groups were created during Workflow import. This occurred when there were similar translations of the Group name between the source and target systems and the browser languages differed during export and import.
For example, if the Group name had different translations in British English and American English, and the target system's browser language was set to a general "English", the system could mistakenly treat the same Group as two different ones based on the name translation it picked up.
This has been fixed by updating the import process to check the Group's unique record ID instead of relying only on its translated name. Name-based checking remains in place for backward compatibility and as a secondary checker.
Incorrect Field Values Shown When Picklist Value is Empty
[Component: Field Settings; Strato Document Generation - Documents]
Fields were displaying and using old or incorrect values even when the associated Picklist is currently empty. This occurred because the system ignored empty values coming from SuccessFactors, and took the latest non-empty value as a result. This has been fixed, and fields now show and use the current and correct information, even if it is empty.

Authentication Type Dropdown Not Appearing for 3rd Party Triggers in Workflow Editor
[Component: Workflow]
Previously, the Authentication Type dropdown in the Workflow Editor would not appear for 3rd Party Triggers if the trigger name had been modified, even when the related feature was enabled. This issue has been resolved by updating the visibility logic to use the triggerβs type instead of its name, ensuring that the dropdown for selecting OAuth authentication now appears correctly whenever the feature is enabled and the trigger type supports it.
