Create and Edit Documents with Internal Workflow (E-signature) [V1]

The steps below will show how to create a document with e-signature fields, that will be generated and sent as an internal workflow.

To know how to create e-signature fields, please read: Creating and Configuring Digital Signature Fields.

  1. Create or edit a document. 
  2. Insert the necessary fields required for your document. The example below shows a creation of a Certification of Employment document.
  3. Next, from the Field Selector, find the e-signature fields that you have created, and required for this document.
  4. Insert these fields to your document.
    In this example, e-signature fields for the Manager and Employee are used.
  5. Your document can now be used in a widget that is configured for Internal Workflow. (Read: Widget Configuration with Internal Workflow)
