Navigate Folders

This article explains how to navigate the Folders page.

Requirements

Make sure that New Feature - Authorization Framework Integration with Configurations and New Design - Strato Storage are installed in the Upgrade Center.

Your permissions and Policies determine whether access is granted to Folders. Contact your Strato administrator if you need assistance with these permissions.

Features

Folder List

When you open the Folders page, you will see the list of Folders and their details, including the Name, the Default Category set, Allowed Categories, their Sequence, and their Status.

Actions

	The Add Folder button allows you to create a new folder. ⚠️ This feature is currently unavailable in Strato New Experience (V2) and will redirect you to its Strato V1 equivalent.
	The Refresh button refreshes the Folder List.
	The Show/Hide columns button allows you to toggle additional details on and off. Note that the Name and Status columns are enabled by default and cannot be toggled off.
	The Sort button allows you to sort by the selected column in ascending or descending order.
	The Expand All button displays all of the subfolders within the Folder List.
	The Collapse All button hides all of the subfolders within the Folder List.
	The Expand button displays all subfolders of the selected parent folder.
	The Collapse button hides all subfolders of the selected parent folder.
	The Edit button appears when you hover over a folder. Click the button to edit the folder details. ⚠️ This feature is currently unavailable in Strato New Experience (V2) and will redirect you to its Strato V1 equivalent.
	The Move Column handle allows you to drag and drop columns to easily reorder them.
	The Quick Filter allows you to filter the folders quickly according to their status.

Two additional actions are available from the More button: Edit and check the selected folder's Info.

Info	View the folder's details. ⚠️ This feature is currently unavailable in Strato New Experience (V2) and will redirect you to its Strato V1 equivalent.

Column Actions

The Column Actions button appears on the right side when hovering over a column.
