Advanced Search and Filter (File and Storage Management)

File Management - Advanced Search

When navigating File Management, the keyword search  field allows searching for files and folders. Users can also refine this search using the Advanced Search function , allowing to locate specific folders or files based on the following criteria:

• File Type (Folder or File)
• Last Changed By
• Last Changed On
• Categories

The results will be filtered based on all criteria matching the values entered in the search and will respect authorizations. 

Storage Management - Advanced Search

Same as File Management, there is also a keyword search field for searching users within Storage Management. Users can refine this search by using the Advanced Search function with the following criteria:

• Status: Active, Inactive, or ALL
• Hold Status: True, False, or ALL
• Location

• Source: SuccessFactors, Strato Internal, or ALL

  • SuccessFactors - filters all SuccessFactors users synced from SuccessFactors

  Notes:

  • Source will appear in the Advanced Search criteria under the following conditions:

    • The viewing user must have the Can view external users authorization.
    • This criteria is only available to Strato Storage Enterprise edition.
  • The Source Strato Internal depends on the Source Label configuration in the Admin Tool.
  • ALL - filters both internal and external users
  
  
  
• Title
• Owns/Does not own files with Categories: Strato Storage categories 
  
  

The results will be filtered based on all criteria matching the values entered in the search and will respect authorizations.
