Template Parameters
Template Parameters are custom fields created in the Customer Catalog in the Field Settings. They are mainly used to select and generate values that are usually not found and covered in the Fields coming from SuccessFactors.
Functionality and Use Cases
Template Parameters can be added to any document regardless of Catalog or Data Source used.
Documents can be configured to output different results based on the selected options or inputs before generating Documents, Emails, and Forms, or before running and executing Workflows.
For example, a Certificate of Employment may have Template Parameters for handling reasons why an employee is requesting a copy of their Certificate of Employment.
