The Default Category for folders in Strato Document Management is now optional, making it easier to organize your folders and documents.

Strato workflows now support password protection for a wider range of file types, including XLS, CSV, and TXT files. The new Language Parameter now allows for localization of SuccessFactors elements like picklists, creating a more consistent experience for users of any language.

Backend improvements to API log storage enhance system performance and security, enabling smoother and faster workflows.

Further security updates include more thorough checking of uploaded files, and automatic refreshing of user permissions at login to keep access secure and always up to date.

This release reinforces Strato’s commitment to evolving with customer needs, delivering improved operational efficiency, enhanced security, and more flexible, globally-ready solutions.

Speed Improvement - Logs of API calls

The new feature Speed Improvement - Logs of API calls enables the transfer of API logs from Strato to a different storage solution for enhanced security and efficiency. Once activated, new API call logs will be stored in this alternate database, and existing logs will be migrated to this solution.
