Strato Homepage

The Strato Homepage is the main screen of Strato, and this is where you launch the following tools and functions within Strato.

Strato Logo

Click the logo on the upper left of the screen from anywhere within Strato to get to the Homepage. Beside the logo is the current release version.

Strato Menu

Click the menu icon on the upper left of the screen from anywhere within Strato to open the menu side panel. From the side panel, you can navigate to any of the following Strato features:

• Library
• Widget Settings
• Field Settings
• User Management
• People Hub
• Storage Settings
• Storage Deck
• Package Manager

Notifications

Click the notifications icon to show all of the executed background tasks.

Welcome Screen

Click the Help button to show the welcome screen.

You can do the following in the welcome screen:

• Play Videos: Opens a window where you can watch some introductory videos about Strato.
• Visit our User Guides: Redirects you to the Strato Knowledge Base in Odoo.

Clicking the Help button in any other screen will redirect you to the Strato Knowledge Base instead.

User Settings

Click your icon and name to show the User Settings.

There are three options available:

• Change theme: Modify how Strato looks on your end.
• Upgrade Center: Only available when your user has the Can access upgrade center authorisation granted in User Management. Redirects you to the Upgrade Centre, where you can enable and test out features in Alpha or Beta.
• Switch to Strato 2.0: Only available when New Design - Strato Homepage is installed in the Upgrade Center. Redirects you to the new and updated Strato interface.

Widgets and Tools

These are the boxes or tiles on the Strato Homepage.

By default, there are seven widgets and tools in the Homepage:

• Create New Template: Redirects you to a new Document Template.
• Announcement Banner: Shows you latest updates from Strato.
• Tools: Shows you tools from the Strato Menu.
• Explore: Redirects you to the Strato Knowledge Base in Odoo.
• Ask: Redirects you to a form that you can fill out to contact our Support Team.
• Learn: Opens a window where you can watch some introductory videos about Strato.
• Interact: Redirects you to the Community Portal in Zendesk.

You can add widgets and tools in the Homepage through the Add button on the lower right corner of the screen.
